"I Have Seen the Enemy and It is Curiosity." --Bustopher Jones

(NOTE: I would reply to the comments of each of you my dearest of friends and soul mates, but the comment function is not currently working. At least I know we are in this together.)

Because I have come to really trust you, I have decided to tell you what my problem is.

My problem is that I am overly curious. This curiosity prevents me from operating in anything like an efficient manner.

This morning, I saw a dandelion. A normal person would just pick it and drink the sweet, sweet dandelion milk. Or mow the lawn which is yielding dandelions with a six foot diameter.

But me. I had to look very closely at the dandelion. And think about the meaning of dandelions. And figure out if amongst the class of dandelions, whether this wasn't a peculiar specimen. Then there was the taking of notes. And then the ordering of several books on dandelions.

Needless to say I missed all my classes today.

And were it not for the fact that it provided me with something to blog about it, I would be none the better for my endless curiosity.

My dearest readers, if I can overcome the stranglehold of curiosity, I will see you next week.

You know, you can also make a wish...

After several days, two thing are now obvious to me.

1. I am most loyal.
2. I have no real life.

Do the comments section say more about the commentee or commentor or comet?

I had a dream last night that I was in the Coventry Caribou and you were there. We sat in front of your computer and made fun of other blogs and then did espresso shots.

Maleah,
You are indeed loyal. And in being loyal you have commited to something so much greater than yourself: my blog. For that reason you have more life than most people. At least most people around here.

Christina,
I think we all have that dream. Except maybe we sit around your computer because the battery works on yours and it doesn't crash whe I hiccupp.

Give my regards to Misha, in your dreams or otherwise.
