1)Had coffee with T. He discoursed eloquently about C.S. Lewis, Tolkien, Oxford and the Inklings. I asked him how he knew so much about these things. "The Dummies Guide to C.S.Lewis." I felt cheated.
2) Next T. pointed out that he would be doing a construction job, near my home. I didn't tell him, but it has absolutely revived my desire to be a construction work. I will labour all day, and then work quitely on my masterpiece of world literature.
3)I picked up a book from the library. Actually 6 of them. Today I did not teach and I did not work. So I just read the covers of all these books. They look good.
4) I'm really pretty impressed with my openness and honesty in this post. I'm like totally abandoning the excessive, self reflexive writing style of my early days.
4a) Not that metafiction doesn't have its merits
4b) You find that kind of self reflexitivy even in Shakespeare.
5)Happy Mozart's Birthday.
6)That is all for now. Have a nice weekend.

Dear Justin:
Do you have any blogs about cats? Or better yet, cats in sinks?
How are you surviving the weekend without football? Or is the anticipation of next week's contest enough?
You really thought my talk of CS Lewis was eloquent. Thanks, especially coming from you Justin,
Tony
